When it comes to regret, there’s nothing quite like a building mistake that you have to live with everyday, especially if it’s a costly one. So, working with our Melbourne friends Fenton Stephens, we found a memorable way to remind customers of the importance of hiring a Master Builder with the question 'Is your builder a Master Builder?'.

The campaign took a humorous look at the costly errors that can happen when a builder is just not up to scratch. It’s a laugh at their expense (quite literally), and a strong reminder to home owners to be sure to ask the question before someone asks you.

The ‘Somebody Should Have Asked’ integrated campaign generated conversation and attracted over 7k new visitors to the website. Also, during the period of the campaign, dozens of new tradesmen became Master Builders.
